Product Information

Some products that we sell might not always be in stock in our warehouse, we may still be able to send the item to you directly from the manufacturer. Please call or email us to find out the exact stock information.

Almost all of our products including helmets, gloves, race suits etc will have a size guide. On the main product page, click the size guide link which can be found on the right side of the size selectors. Each brand can have different size dimensions. The guide will tell you the brand specified sizes.

Most products sold at Rideworx come with a minimum warranty period of 12 months. Some products may have longer warranty terms. Please contact us for specific product information that is not already displayed on the product page.

Orders

All orders completed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Estimated time of arrival will depend on the delivery service you picked at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to your email once dispatched. Emails can sometimes land in your junk box. So keep an eye open.

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is still in new condition. All products MUST have labels and stickers still attached. Especially Helmets, as we can not take Helmets back into stock if they have been worn.

If you have a discount code, you can redeem it in the checkout. Some discount codes may only be applicable to specific products. Only one code can be used at a time.

Workshop

Yes, however we will only fit parts to your bike if the parts have come from a reputable brand. We cannot offer any sort of warranty if the parts have been supplied by yourself. If you require specific parts that are not listed on our website. Please contact us and one of our team members will be happy to help.

Every bike is different when it comes to service intervals. You will usually find your service information in the back of your owners manual. If you are still unsure. Please contact us and one of our team members can check this for you.

Most workshop repairs are often caused by lack of maintenance and upkeep. Rideworx have been keeping bikes on the road for many years.
